I was hoping for this waterproof eyeliner by Tarte to be my HG, but I was very disappointed when it creased and ran on me within 2 and 1/2 hours of applying. I had prepped my lids with a light powder because they tend to be oily, and drew the line with the tiny end of the liner brush which is included in the set. I loved the 2-ended brush, one end for lining and 1 for smudging, because it allowed me to line “tight” to the lashline. The colors are beautiful; I used Black. But my eyeliner has to actually BE waterproof if that’s what it claims. High points for packaging, low points for performance.
